Completely New Accounting System (or, Business Management

In most cases, if a client needs a new accounting system it is
because they have outgrown their existing system. Ideally,
changing to a larger system should be done prior to outgrowing
the existing one. It's always best to have systems and
procedures in place rather than fire fighting afterwards (easier
said than done).
From looking at your requirements and procedures, we can find a
solution to meet your needs.
This can be done from comparing your requirements against the
features of software we already have experience off and if need
be, search further a field.
Those that meet your requirements can then be demonstrated and
costed.
One thing to bear in mind with these larger packages is that you
should double the cost of the software to cover the cost of
installation, setup and training.
Also with the larger packages, there is normally an annual
support charge of 20% of the software cost. This covers
telephone support and software upgrades as they are released.
