We can come to look at your current accounting / payroll system along with your procedures to advice you on the best way forward.

This could just mean more training on your present system, an upgrade, improvements to your procedures, or a completely new accounting system.

Larger accounting systems these days are not just accounting systems, some can look after all the functions of a growing business, so should be called Business Management Software.

With Business Management Software you can instantaneously access a complete and up-to-the-minute view of your business, so you can respond to customers faster and grow your business more profitably.

 


Training on your present system

Depending on your present accounting system and your requirements, we can provide training and support to your staff to make the most out of the accounting features you already have and perhaps don't use to their full.

 


An Upgrade

In some cases, a simple upgrade will meet your requirements.  For the bigger packages, this needs to be done by the authorised reseller / partner of the appropriate software house.

 

Improvements to your Procedures

We have experience in assisting clients in the review of procedures and as required, amending or fine tuning those procedures.

 


Completely New Accounting System (or, Business Management software)

In most cases, if a client needs a new accounting system it is because they have outgrown their existing system.  Ideally, changing to a larger system should be done prior to outgrowing the existing one.  It's always best to have systems and procedures in place rather than fire fighting afterwards (easier said than done).

From looking at your requirements and procedures, we can find a solution to meet your needs.

This can be done from comparing your requirements against the features of software we already have experience off and if need be, search further a field.

Those that meet your requirements can then be demonstrated and costed.

One thing to bear in mind with these larger packages is that you should double the cost of the software to cover the cost of installation, setup and training.

Also with the larger packages, there is normally an annual support charge of 20% of the software cost.  This covers telephone support and software upgrades as they are released.
