The cost of the selected solution can be broken down into four categories:

The software

Installation, setup and training by the Authorised Reseller / Partner of the chosen software

Project Management and support from INFOMAC

Annual Support Contract with the Authorised Reseller / Partner

 

The Cost - the Software

The cost of these larger packages can depend on too many factors such as:

Modules Required

Number of Users

Type of Database

Multi-Company

Multi-Currency

Payroll

so a quote is given by the Authorised Reseller / Partner for each client depending on the above requirements.

 


The Cost - Installation, setup and training by the Authorised Reseller / Partner of the chosen software

The costs can vary, but as a general rule, you should budget the same amount as the cost of the software to cover installation, setup and training.

 

The Cost - Project Management and support from INFOMAC

The cost of our services depends on how far you are based from Tadley in Hampshire.

Onsite services (within 25 miles of Tadley, Hampshire):

£50.00 plus VAT per hour

Minimum charge of 2 Hours

Payment Terms strictly 7 Working Days from date of invoice

Providing payment physically received within 10 working days, 1 FREE Telephone Support Call per each 2 hours charged will be credited to your account

Onsite Services (more than 25 miles and less than 100 miles from Tadley, Hampshire, excluding inside the M25):

£60.00 plus VAT per hour

Minimum charge of 3 Hours

Payment Terms strictly 7 Working Days from date of invoice

Providing payment physically received within 10 working days, 1 FREE Telephone Support Call per each 2 hours charged will be credited to your account

Onsite Services (more than 100 miles from Tadley, Hampshire, including inside the M25):

Would Recommend our Remote Services to make it cost effective.
Cannot purchase this service via this website, need to call to discuss travelling expenses.

£70.00 plus VAT per hour + Travelling Expenses

Minimum charge of 6 Hours

Payment Terms strictly 7 Working Days from date of invoice

Providing payment physically received within 10 working days, 1 FREE Telephone Support Call per each 2 hours charged will be credited to your account

Additional Costs

Any additional costs, with prior approval, (such as travelling to Authorised Resellers, sample sites to view software in action, etc) are charged on at cost.

 


The Cost - Annual Support Contract with the Authorised Reseller / Partner

With all these larger software packages, there is normally a annual service contract costing about 20% of the cost of the software.  This provides you with Telephone Support and Upgrades as they are released.
