How Much Do We Cost?

Regular Accounts visits in your offices (or our offices):

£25.00 + vat per hour, less possible discount:
 

If services used on a weekly basis (roughly same hours each week)	20% Discount
If services used on a fortnightly basis (roughly same hours each fortnight)	10% Discount
If services used on a monthly basis (roughly same hours each month)	Nil% Discount

Charged to the nearest 1/4 of hour.

Minimum Charges per visit:

Within 15 miles of Tadley	2 Hours
Between 15 and 30 miles of Tadley	3 Hours
Over 30 miles of Tadley	POA
In our offices	1 Hour

Telephone Support in between visits:

For quick accounting queries.

Same as the normal charges above, less any discount.

Charged by the minute.

Ad-hoc tasks on top of the regular accounts visits

Only available to clients using, or planning to use, our regular accounting services.

If the accounts are in a mess, to sort out before we take over doing the accounts on a regular basis.

£25.00 + vat per hour, NO discount.

Ad-hoc tasks for Non-Regular accounts clients

For one off tasks such as re-creating VAT Records, reconciling years worth of Bank Reconciliations, etc.

£40.00 + vat per hour, NO discount, if work carried out in our own offices.

From £50.00 + vat per hour, NO discount, if work carried out in your offices.
